• Shipping Cemetery Items
Delivery time is normally 8-10 weeks on Grave Markers and approx 8-12 weeks for Granite Memorials- including
Slant Headstones, Single, Double and Family Plot Uprights - with possibly an additional 4-8 weeks on some Family Size Monuments and
some Imported Monuments from the time we receive the Cemetery's approval.
All times are approximate and cannot be guaranteed. So please plan ahead.

Shipping is FREE within the Continental United States.  We do not to ship Headstones outside the Continental U.S.

  • Locations We will Ship your Headstone and Grave Marker
  • All other memorials must  be delivered to a cemetery, local monument setter or business address such as a friend or
    family's business address-
There are no deliveries to home or home based business addresses. There are no exceptions.
If the Cemetery has no one on staff to accept the Headstone or it is against their policy to accept headstones, then a business address
or local stone setter would be the way to go.
The reason for this is- someone must be there to sign for the memorial and to assist the truck driver in unloading the headstone if
needed. If no one is there, the freight truck must leave without delivering the Headstone.
Also, in some instances if the delivery area is unreachable by our freight company or because the location is impossible to reach with a
freight truck, Examples: a hilly terrain, a road too windy or narrow to fit a freight truck, the headstone may be picked up at the nearest
freight terminal.

Although we will do our very best to assist you, It is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure delivery address you give us is correct ,
that the item you ordered is allowed to be delivered by freight carrier to that address and someone will  be there to accept it. If shipped to
a business address and it is refused for any reason, any additional shipping costs to redeliver is the buyers responsibility.
If delivery is to a business, then customer assumes all responsibility for ensuring the headstone meets the cemetery's regulations and
requirements.

  • Shipping Eternal Lights and Memorial Ceramic Pictures

Memorial Pictures take approx 5 weeks to be shipped from the time we receive your photo. Eternal Lights take approx 2 weeks delivery
time, depending on stock availability.
Shipping is Free Via Ground Shipping for all of these items in the Continental U.S. We ship only Eternal Lights and Memorial Pictures
outside the Continental U.S.
Shipping fees are extra outside the Continental U.S. Any tariffs or additional charges that your country may charge are not included in
the shipping charges and are the responsibility of the purchaser.
