admin@eternitycremationurns.com and tell us you want a replacement, exchange, or refund.
Give us your order number and we will issue you a return authorization.

WE MUST BE NOTIFIED WITHIN 36 HOURS OF DELIVERY FOR A DAMAGED ITEM

In order to ensure the best possible return service, customer must contact us prior to any
returns to obtain proper instructions. Doing this will prevent delays and possible additional
shipping charges.

You have Customer has seven (7) business days from the delivery date to return the item for
a refund. Shipping fees will not be refunded unless the delivery was not fulfilled properly.
Customer pays return shipping charges and package must be insured for full amount of
purchase. If return is damaged in transit back us and not insured up to full amount, the
customer will be responsible for difference.
In order to honor the full refund guarantee the following conditions must be met:
1.The item is return in the 7 business day time frame
2.Urn cannot have been filled with ashes.
3.The Urn must be in resalable condition
