ORDER PROCEDURE
Please Read This Carefully, it contains the entire granite and bronze memorial
production process.
As you will see, many people and factors are involved in the preproduction,
production and post production of the memorial making process.
1. You place your order for the memorial with us. We then e-mail you your
invoice.
2. If you have not already done this, contact the Cemetery for completion of
paperwork and any fees they require. If they require us to fill out any paperwork,
send it to us for completion either by mail, fax or e-mail. Otherwise, the
completion of the paperwork and Cemetery requirements are ultimately the
responsibility of the
purchaser.
3. If an outside Monument installer is necessary, we assist you in finding one.
You will contact them directly, make arrangements with them and pay them
directly.
You, of course, may choose to use someone on your own. Please let us know
the name address and phone# of the Monument setter you have chosen.
4. During this time, the Art Dept will work on a proof for the memorial. We will
send it to you for your approval. You will then review it, sign off on it and return it
to us.
5. Once any Cemetery paperwork we need to fill out, if any, is completed and
the final approval of the proof has been signed off by you, we then begin the
production process for the memorial.
This is a crucial time where you need exercise patience and wait until the
memorial is completed and ready to ship out.
6. When the Memorial is completed, we ship it out to the address you provided
for us. If the address or location you provide us is incorrect and it results in a
redelivery, there may be an additional delivery fee.
Once the Memorial has been received by the Cemetery or Monument installer,
we of course cannot promise a date for installation. If the cemetery itself installs
the memorial and we ship it directly to them, again we cannot control their
scheduling.
Note* The Cemetery has the right to refuse a Memorial if their fees have not
been paid - so please have all fees paid several weeks before we ship the
memorial to them. If for any reason, the memorial is refused by the cemetery for
unpaid fees or any other reason and the memorial needs to be shipped again,
you may incur an additional delivery fee.
Although we live in a world where we can purchase practically anything with just
a click of a mouse, Headstones and Grave Markers are still individually, custom
made by craftsmen working on natural materials. This may be the only purchase
you will make where waiting for the final product to be shipped is to your benefit.
You do not want a memorialist rushing the production of something as important
as this. We cannot and will not rush something as important as this.
For these reasons,we cannot possibly promise an exact date of completion and
installation of your memorial.
This is why we strongly suggest you do not plan a memorial ceremony around
the memorial until it is installed at the Cemetery.
