If you would like assistance with an Upright Headstone or would  like to speak with someone live regarding
any of our products, please contact us. We are here to assist you.

Q. Do you ship Headstones to residential addresses?
A.   Bronze markers without granite bases can be delivered to residential
addresses.

There is an extra fee to ship to a home address. Smaller headstones such as
grave markers, slant headstones and small headstones can be shipped to a
home address with certain restrictions. There is an extra charge from the
freight company. The fee is based on the weight, but usually is about  $100. All
other memorials must be delivered to a cemetery or business address.
Although we will do our very best to assist you, It is the sole responsibility of the
purchaser to ensure delivery address is correct and that the item you ordered
is allowed to be delivered to that address. We are not responsible for
deliveries refused by Cemeteries and business locations.

Q. Can you engrave in a foreign language?
Yes, we can engrave in most foreign languages. We will need an exact copy of
what you would like in the language of your choice. Some foreign language
lettering has an additional cost because of the difficulty engraving certain
characters, so please inquire about the price.

Q.  Will the Cemetery accept a Memorial purchased from you?
A.  Yes, they must as long as it meets the cemetery’s rules and regulation for
size, color,  style, etc. Please call your cemetery for these rules and regulations.

Q.  Can I install the Headstone myself?
A.  Although it can be done, we recommend getting someone experienced to
install the Memorial. We will assist you in finding an installer.

Q. Can I Pour the Cement Foundation myself?
A. If the Cemetery allows it, you can pour it yourself. If you choose to do this, we
have instructions for pouring foundations in our Information Center.

Q. How Do I arrange installation of a Headstone or Flat Marker?
A. Usually the cemetery installs flat granite markers. If they do, we ship directly
to the cemetery unless their rules state otherwise. Some Cemeteries install
upright granite headstones. If not,  you can contact a local monument dealer or
contractor who will arrange to have it installed for you. You will then pay the
installer for his service. We will assist you in finding someone to install the
memorial.

Q. How do I arrange Installation of a Memorial Bench?
The same situation applies for memorial benches as Monuments.

Q.  What additional costs may I incur?
A. Your additional costs will be the Cemetery's or Monument installers
foundation and installation fees. Other fees may be if a lift gate is required at a
shipping address that doesn't have equipment to unload the Memorial. If you
need a home delivery on smaller headstones, there will be an additional fee
from the freight company for this service.

personalized engraving have a 10 day full refund policy from the day of delivery
of item less shipping costs. The Customer is responsible for return shipping
charges.
