Choosing a Grave Marker Size
First you must decide if the grave marker is for 1 loved one only or
eventually for more that one.
Single grave markers, the most common is: 24" x 12" x 4".
Our price for a sandblasted 24" x 12" x 4" grave marker is: $499.00 in
Gray granite.
You should first check with the Cemetery to see if they have any
regulations for a different sized grave marker.
Other typical for single grave markers are:
24" x 14" x 4"
28" x 16" x 4"
If you need a Companion grave marker, the most common size is: 36" x
12" x 4" large enough to be centered and span 2 graves.
Other typical sizes for Companion grave markers are:
42" x 12" x 4"
42" x 14" x 4"
48" x 14" x 4"
54" x 14" x 4"
There are also a grave markers style called Double interment.
This style is for situations where the grave plot is for 2 or 3 people, but
only one grave wide. These will more than likely follow the guideline of
single grave markers, but more than one name and dates would be
engraved on it..
Of course we can make any size grave marker for you
If it is a bronze grave marker that is needed - most times, the cemetery
would like a granite base that would attach to the Bronze marker and
would have a 2" border all around. To see our collection of grave
