Cremation Urns are shipped free via ground delivery (usually delivery time is an
estimated 5-7 business days.(Holidays not included) . Products ship the next
business day; via UPS, FedEx or USPS. A signature is required.

2nd Day Delivery must be ordered by 12:00PM EST; orders received after 12:00PM
may ship the next business day (Delivery may take until the end of the business day).

If ordered on this day before 12:00pm Eastern Standard Time Expected Arrival 2nd
Day Delivery.

                     No Saturday or Sunday Deliveries on 2nd day deliveries
       Memorial Benches and Granite Memorials

Delivery time is normally 8-10 weeks on Grave Markers and in stock benches and approx 8-12 weeks for
Granite Memorials- after the proof has been signed off on by the customer.
Some custom and imported Benches and memorials can take approximately 5-6 months..

We do not ship memorial benches and monuments outside the Continental U.S.

All other memorials must  be delivered to a cemetery, local monument setter or business address such as a
friend or family's business address.

There are no deliveries to home or home based business addresses. There are no exceptions.
If the Cemetery has no one on staff to accept the Headstone or it is against their policy to accept memorials,
then a business address of someone you know or local stone setter would be the way to go. The reason for
this is- someone must be there to sign for the memorial and to assist the truck driver in unloading
the memorial if needed. If no one is there, the freight truck must leave without delivering the memorial.
