Memorial Benches Information

Going to a Cemetery and having a memorial bench of some type so you may have a place
to sit and reflect about your loved one does not have to be forfeited because you or your
family member have chosen cremation whether using scattering cremation urns or
traditional cremation urns.
Many people still buy a cemetery plot and inter the remains of their loved ones at the
cemetery.

There are usually three ways of interring a loved ones remains at the cemetery.
Remains can placed in cremation urns and the urn be buried at the plot,
(sometimes the Cemetery would like you to also have a cremation urn vault for the
cremation urns to sit in- check with your cemetery )

In this case, in addition to the cremation urn, you may get a memorial bench at the
cemetery. They can be  the same as having a headstone or grave marker.
There is also the choice of placing the actual remains at the plot where the cemetery
bench will be.

The other option is to have a memorial bench or other type of memorial that can be placed
on your property or some other special place where loved ones can reflect and visit when
the remains are not in a cemetery and either placed in cremation urns in your home or
scattered as you or your loved one wished.
Our memorial benches and cemetery benches are made from granite and are available in
many colors.
If used as a cemetery bench, we can engrave the names, dates and even an epitaph on
the bench. Beautiful laser etch designs can be etched onto black memorial benches and
cemetery benches. Portraits, designs that pay a tribute to your loved one.

If used as a memorial bench, you can put an inscription In Memory of...etc.
Memorial benches are wonderful for loved ones who may be many miles or states away
from a cemetery and cannot visit as often as you'd like.
At EternityCremationUrns.com, we have
so many beautiful cremation urns to choose
from that will honor the memory of your loved
ones in a very personal way.
